GW Marine can develop fully integrated HSE management systems which align company objectives with your in-situ operating equirements. Implementation of a ground – up safety management system is a mandatory requirement for all companies active or anticipating prospective project developments. Management systems are developed with direct input from senior management to ensure company requirements are met. To achieve this, a comprehensive
scope of work is developed prior to construction of the management system. When complete, senior management take ownership of the safety management system and approve, distribute and implement across all operating areas of the company.

The system can be presented in either hard copy or electronic format.

Site Specific HSE Documentation

We tailor site-specific documentation to align with the requirements of the company’s HSE management system objectives which facilitate the implementation of operating standards at site level. These can take the form of:
