Risk management
GW Marine can provide your company with a comprehensive risk management review of your
core operations and/or project specific operations. The risk management review is based on
identifying all known risks associated with a particular task and ensuring control measures are in
place to eliminate or reduce the risk to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
We can also facilitate your risk assessment workshops to ensure they meet industry standards.
Marine ISPS Code
GW Marine have qualified personnel who are certified Company and Ship Security Officers
enabling them to undertake vessel Security Assessments and Security Plan development on
behalf of your company. All assessments and documentation is developed in accordance with the
relative local regulatory bodies and is kept strictly confidential.
Accident and Incident Investigations
GW Marine can provide a comprehensive accident/incident investigation service which includes
detailed reporting. These reports will focus on the root cause of the accident/incident and
provide recommendations for improvement. This enables the company to establish improved
systems to mitigate repeat failures.
Review and Assessment of HSE Performance
GW Marine can provide a service, which will monitor your HSE performance on an ongoing
basis and supply monthly reports and HSE trends to both management and crews, to ensure
continued improvement and understanding. This service can be tailored to suit the individual
company and can range from full involvement (HSE Representative for company) including
Designated Person Ashore (DPA) as detailed in the ISM Code, through to simply collecting and
correlating HSE statistics.
HSE Industry Training
GW Marine offers a training services based on industry training requirements as detailed in the
OGP/IAGC training requirements. This training can be tailored to include company specific
requirements and details and can be conducted in-house or on site. Trainers are accredited
instructors with many years operational experience. |
